Hmm... I the article misses half the point of raising volunteers: to give them opportunities to use their gifts for the body of Christ. This article unfortunately approaches it as most people do, "I have several holes in our ministry. Which one would you like to fill?" Instead, we should be asking, "How has God gifted you? What are you passionate about? How can we make that fit in our ministry?"
