Pretty straight-forward suggestions, although finding nutrition facts isn't always quite as easy as asking for it. Check out the movie "Super-Size Me."
These are some good basic tips. Note Wendy's provide the freshest meats in fast food to my understanding.
C'mon guys. Looking up nutrition facts.... If you want to stay healthy just eat less fast food! And be a role model for your kids at the same time.
