Good idea! I recently read in a leadership book that a particular ceo spends the last 15 minutes of every day writing notes to those he had encountered that day who said or did something that he valued. It works wonders for him and should be something that we think about doing.

The postcards we send are one of the simplest ways our leaders make an impact on their students. We like to turn pictures of events into postcards and send them to the students who attended.
