Just in case anyone is wondering, these are some simple guidlines that Digg users know. They might be helpful guidliness here too:
1. Plug & Comment
Comments become the best part about these types of sites. It's fun to hear the interaction to articles that are presented.
2. Link Primary Sources
If you find an article link directly to it. Some link to their blog, where they then link to the article. That's annoying...and considered spam.
3. Avoid Spamming
This is where you constantly submit only your material for review.
